Rolling fever causes and solutions
  Machine shaft parts, particularly the spindle, generally with Rolling or sliding bearings assembled into one, and at high rotational speed, sometimes it will produce a very high heat. This phenomenon if not removed, will lead to bearing overheating, and the corresponding parts of the machine and the thermal deformation temperature, serious cause spindle and tailstock is not high, which affects not only the precision and accuracy of the machine itself, and will the bearing burn. Spindle bearings causes fever and troubleshooting as shown in Table 1.

(7) axial force is too large: Clean, align the sealing port ring clearance requirements between 0.2 to 0.3mm, correct impeller balance hole diameter and verification of static equilibrium value
