Maintenance of the hub bearing
  Hub bearing is an important vehicle walking machine. Hub bearing bears the friction reducing chassis operation, maintaining the normal running of the vehicle's responsibility. (5), check the wheel hub bearing and the bearing seat, found a crack, fatigue spalling and roller bearing loose phenomenon, should replace the bearings. If there is pitting bearing seat, also should replace the bearings.
(6), with the inner diameter of the bearing and the shaft neck inspection, clearance shall not be more than 0.1Omm measuring axis neck, should be two parts in the vertical on the ground (the largest measurement of wear parts). If the clearance is in excess of the prescribed limit of use, should replace the bearings, the clearance to return to normal. {HotTag} does not allow the deburr, in the shaft neck point to narrow the gap. (8), attention should be paid to the bearing cavity with grease, grease into the bearing should be in until the grease out of the bearing from the other side. (9), the hub and bearing assembly back shaft neck, hand shaft end of the adjusting nut, and then use the shaft of the torque required to tighten the nut wrench. Tighten the nut, should turn right or left wheel around, have a look the bearing installation; on the other hand, through the rotation of the bearing and the seat with the correct. This bearing the appropriate firmness, the wheels rotate freely and not feel the axial clearance.
(10), finally arranged locking plate, fixing nuts, tire, dust cover and a decorative cover parts.
